He mainly do teaching and research work on consititution law and the theory of constitution.
He studied in the judical and administration department of Southwest Politics and Law school from 1986
He studied in the politic education department of SiChuan Education College from 1992
He studied in the politic and law department of SiChuan Normal University from 1994 and got the baachlor of law’s degree there.
Working in the department of justice in SiChuan as the party committee secretary and associate director from january 1998 to february 2004.
Teaching in WeiHai campus of ShangDong University Law School from february 2004 to september 2005.
