Now he is a member of China Judical Reform Research Center .
His main research field is Procedure Law and judical system.
Studying in Southwest Politics and Law school from 1989 to 1993 ,teaching in SiChuan Pulic Security School after graduation.
He got admitted to SCU law school to study criminal law as a master in 1999
Teching in SiChuan Specialist Police Officer School in 1999.
He got promoted to associate proffesor in 2003
He got transferred to SiChuan University to teach in 2005.
