She began to teach in Sichuan University after graduation in 1984.
She obtained Master of Law degree majoring in Criminal Law in 1994.
She was promoted to Associate Professor in 1997.
She joined the Legal Clinic and became one of the tutors of the Law School Criminal Legal Clinic in 2001.
She visited and studied in Yale Uni. New York Uni. And Northeastern Uni. in 2003.03
She visited the Center of Human Rights Studies, University of Oslo,Norway, Sweden's Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law and Hong Kong Asian Legal Resource Center in 2007.02
Director of Chinese Legal Logic Board.
Vice President and Secretary of Legal Logic Research Committee in Sichuan Province.

She has published more than 10 articals in various journals.
