Ⅱ.Academic Achievements
Zuo Weimin is mainly engaged in Litigation and the judicial system of law teaching and research work. He has undertaken many subjects, such as Construction of Harmonious Society and Improvement of the System Solving the Contradictions among the People for the major tender subject of the National Social Science Fund, a number of national, provincial and ministerial leveled, Ford Foundation project, research topics on China-EU legal and judicial cooperation project including Study on the Summary Criminal Procedure ; he has also published many books independently or co-publishing, such as Value and Structure: Sided Analysis of Criminal Procedure(1994),the Concept of Criminal Proceedings (1999) ,Criminal Procedure Research (1999), Change and Reform: Modernization of the Court System (2000), Collegiate System Research (2001), between the Discourse and Technology of Rights: New Thinking on Administration of justice in China (2002), Research on Right of Action (2003), Research on Supreme Court (2004), Study on the Summary Criminal Procedure(2005), an Empirical Study of Criminal Operation Mechanism in China(2007), Dispute Resolution in the Time of Change(2007),etc. He has published hundreds of articles on various journals, like, Legal Studies, China Law and so on, 50 articles among which has been reproduced by Xinhua Digest, NPC Copy Information, Journal of College of Arts Digest, China Social Science Digest, etc.
