Ⅱ.Academic Achievements

Yang Quanming has undertaken many national and provincial key scientific research , published more than 10 scholarly monographs, teaching meterials and dictionaries, with representative works like, Constitutional Guarantee, Administrative Law and so on. He has published more than 100 papers on key journals including Political Science Research, Modern Law, many among which has been reproduced by Xinhua Digest and NPC copy information. He has won more than 10 awards on national, provincial and ministerial level and other scientific research and teaching.

At present, Yang Quanming is the leader of a variety of academic, social groups. He is named the outstanding contrbutions of foung experts in the country, the model worker in national education system, the winner of the State Council Special Allowance, the first academic and technical leader in Sichuan Province. He is also the representative in The Tenth National People's Congress, Sichuan Eighth, Ninth Provincial Party Committee.
