Yang Cuibai was graduated from Northwestern University in the Middle East Institute, obtained a doctoral degree in history. He was named professor at Sichuan University Law School and Master’s tutor in 2004. In 2008, he was taken as the sorld history of modern international law doctoral tutor in Sichuan University.

He has undertaken projects such as National Social Science Fund Project, Ministry of Education key research base for major projects, Ministry of Justice Key projects, Sichuan Province Key Project of Philosophy and Social Science, Ministry of Education Planning Project, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences major projects. He has published 4 works and more than 20 papers on CSSCI and NPC copy information.
