Ⅰ.Profile
After Graduating from high school in 1975, he served as village accountants. In 1977, he worked in Public Security Department in Tibet. In 1981, he has graduated from SWUPL and became a LLM in 1984. In1990, he studied in Paris University, and became a Civil and Commercial Law master tutor in 1992, a professor in Sichuan University in 1998. In 1999, he worked in Montesquieu University in France. He obtained the Doctor Degree in Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Jun.2003. He has been exchanged to Nagasaki University in Fukuoka in Japan in Mar.2003; he enjoyed the special government allowances from 2004; 2003 to 2007 in France,he worked with the education department of the embassy office, and do the cooperative research for post-doctoral subject in Montesquieu. He was appointed the doctoral tutor in civil and commercial systems in Sichuan University Law and Economics School. From 2008 to 2009, he has been appointed professor of lifelong co-operation in Political Science in Paris, France.
He has taught civil law since 1983, foreign civil and commercial law, comparative civil and commercial Law, real estate law, personal rights law, marriage and so on.He began to be a part-time lawyer in 1986, as a counsel in a number of banks and foreign-funded real estate enterprises, and a director in comparative law center in Sichuan University, a councel in the Society of Economic Law and so on. He is also a part-time professor at SWUPL.
He has won several awards in the past, such as Outstanding Young Teacher in 1992, Master Award for outstanding contributions to China in 1994, nominated the first national Award for Outstanding Young Jurists in 1995, Challenge Grand Prize Award for outstanding teacher in 2002, outstanding contributions of outstanding experts in Sichuan Province in 2004.
Ⅱ.Academic Achievements
After 1982, he has publishe articles on journals in and abroad, such as Legal Studies, China Law, China reform, Social Science Research, Montesquieu University journal, European Law Review, etc. more than 100 essays,like, use legal means to suppress the wealth gap, Reflections on contemporary Chinese civil law, Civil populace and the statutory notary, change and do not change the homestead system, Innovative housing system and the sale of the underlying theory of risk transfer, Contemporary Study of employment and labor law in China (French), the deprivation of civil rights, struggle against unemployment(French), The legal status of migrant workers in China(French), Fault dissolution of the labor contracts and the non-competition, Marx's thinking of marriage law, Deficiencies in the existing Marriage Law and the Civil Code of legislative responses, explore the problems brought by Earthquake to houses; among which 4 in Legal Studies, 3 in China Law, 7 in Foreign Language Acadimic Essays.
After 1985, he has published 10 more personal books and more than 20 cooperated works on Law Press, Court Press and so on. Those bookes are China Road and the Civil Code in China, Market Economy and notary legislation, Comparative Civil and Commercial Law, Family's future and its Countermeasures, Anthropology, Legal System of China's population, Civil Law in France(tanslation), American Marriage and the Marriage Law(co-translation), Vision Series, The new marriage law expert guidance Series,etc. He is involved in editing the Comparative Familily Law which is a state education commission teaching materials in 1987, be in charge of the general part; 4 chapters in Marriage and Family Succession in 1997.
