二、学术成果
主要从事诉讼法学和司法制度的教学与研究工作，承担了包含国家社会科学基金重大招标项目《和谐社会的构建与人民内部矛盾解决体系的完善》、中国—欧盟法律和司法合作项目《简易刑事程序研究》在内的多项国家级、省部级、福特基金项目、中国—欧盟法律和司法合作项目等科研课题；独立或合作出版了《价值与结构：刑事程序的双重分析》（1994）、《刑事诉讼的理念》（1999）、《刑事程序问题研究 》（1999）、《变迁与改革：法院制度现代化研究 》（2000）、《合议制度研究》（2001）、《在权利话语与权力技术之间：中国司法的新思考》（2002）、《诉讼权研究》（2003）、《最高法院研究》（2004）、《简易刑事程序研究》（2005），《中国刑事诉讼运行机制实证研究》（2007）、《变革时代的纠纷解决》（2007）等著作；在《法学研究》、《中国法学》等期刊上发表学术论文逾百篇，其中有50余篇被《新华文摘》、《人大复印资料》、《高校文科学报文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘等》转载。

Zuo Weimin is mainly engaged in Litigation and the judicial system of law teaching and research work. He has undertaken many subjects, such as Construction of Harmonious Society and Improvement of the System Solving the Contradictions among the People for the major tender subject of the National Social Science Fund, a number of national, provincial and ministerial leveled, Ford Foundation project, research topics on China-EU legal and judicial cooperation project including Study on the Summary Criminal Procedure ; he has also published many books independently or co-publishing, such as Value and Structure: Sided Analysis of Criminal Procedure(1994)，the Concept of Criminal Proceedings (1999) ,Criminal Procedure Research (1999), Change and Reform: Modernization of the Court System (2000), Collegiate System Research (2001), between the Discourse and Technology of Rights: New Thinking on Administration of justice in China (2002), Research on Right of Action (2003), Research on Supreme Court (2004), Study on the Summary Criminal Procedure(2005), an Empirical Study of Criminal Operation Mechanism in China(2007), Dispute Resolution in the Time of Change(2007),etc. He has published hundreds of articles on various journals, like, Legal Studies, China Law and so on, 50 articles among which has been reproduced by Xinhua Digest, NPC Copy Information, Journal of College of Arts Digest, China Social Science Digest, etc.
龙宗智
龙宗智，教授，法学博士，1954年9月出生，四川成都人。现任四川大学985工程法学创新平台首席科学家、教授、博士生导师。
专业研究方向：刑事诉讼法、证据制度、司法制度。

二、学术成果
至2008年1月，在《中国社会科学》、《法学研究》、《中国法学》三种刊物上发表个人独著论文十五篇，其余刊物发表论文一百九十余篇，出版著作十余部（含合著）。
个人成果获教育部社科成果二等奖一次，司法部法学科研成果一等奖一次、省政府二等奖二次，吴玉章社科成果优秀奖一次，中国法学会一等奖一次、二等奖一次。
博士论文《刑事庭审制度研究》曾获教育部“全国百篇优秀博士论文”奖。
其创立的“刑事诉讼双重结构”理论与司法改革及司法活动中的“相对合理主义”，在国内法学界与实务界有相当影响。

Up to Jan. 2008, Pro. Long has published 15 essays on China Social Science, Legal Studies, China Law, more than 190 articles on other journals, and ten more works.
He has won the Second Prize of law science achievement in Education Social Science Ministry, First Prize of law science achievement in Ministry of Justice, Second Prize for Provincial Government twice, the Excellence Award of Wu Yuzhang Social Science, the First and Second Prizes in China Law Society,
His dissertation, Criminal Court System for Research, has won the “National 100 Excellent Ph.D. thesis" award by Ministry of Education.
His theories of “Criminal-tier structure” and “Relatively reasonable doctrine in judicial reform and activities” has a great impact in China.

顾培东，教授，法学硕士，诉讼法专业博士生导师。

1978年10月考入西南政法大学本科
1981年12月获法学学士学位，同时考取本校诉讼法学研究生
1984年12月获法学硕士学位后留校任教
1987年1月初调入四川省体改委，历任研究所副所长（1987年3月）、副研究员（1987年5月）、研究员（1992年2月）、所长（1992年3月）、体改委秘书长（1994年2月）
1995年8月辞去行政职务创办律师事务所，任主任律师
2002年调入西南政法大学 ，任法学院教授、博士生导师
2008年任职于四川大学
二、学术成果
近10余年来，先后独立或合作出版《法学与经济学的探索》、《社会冲突与诉讼机制》、《大陆法系》等专著、译著10余部，在《中国社会科学》、《法学研究》、《中国法学》、《经济研究》、《光明日报》等杂志报刊上发表论文80余篇。先后获省、部级学术奖6次，被评为有突出贡献的中国硕士，1992年享受国务院特殊津贴，1992年被评为“全国十大杰出青年法学家”，1995年被人事部、国家科委等八部委列入“千百万人才工程”第一、二层次人选，1999年被评为全国优秀律师，2005年入选《中国法学名家》。

Ⅱ.Academic Achievements
In the recent 10 years, Pro. Gu has published books independently or co-published, such as Law and Economics Exploration, Social Conflict and Litigation mechanism, Civil Law, he also has translated more than 10 books, more than 80 essays published on magazines and journals ,like, China Social Science, Legal Studies, China Law, Economic Studies, Guangming Dailly and so on. He has won provincial and ministerial level academic awards 6 times, been named as a outstanding master for great contributions in China. In 1992, he enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council, and be named as “National Ten Outstanding Young Jurists”. In 1995, be listed as candidate of “Millions of Talents Project” by the Eight Ministries and Commissions. In 1999, he has been taken as the National outstanding lawyer and be elected as “China Law Famous” in 2005.
周 伟
周伟，1956年4月生，四川省中江县人，法学博士，四川大学法学院教授。
主要研究方向：宪法、反歧视法、比较行政法。

杨遂全，法学博士，教授，法经济学博士生导师
主要研究方向：民法、比较民商法、房地产法、劳动法、人身权法、亲属继承法。
一、个人简介
1975年高中毕业后任乡村会计。1977年在西藏公安厅工作。1981年在西南政法学院法学本科提前毕业；1984年获法学硕士。1990年巴黎第一大学进修。1992年聘民商法专业硕士生导师。1998年在四川大学聘教授。1999年在法国孟德斯鸠大学合作研究，参加在欧著名学者认识欧洲项目。2003年6月在中国社会科学院研究生院取得博士学位。2003年3月到日本福冈和长崎大学交流；2004年开始享受政府特殊津贴；2003年到2007年驻法使馆教育处随任，并在法国孟德斯鸠大学作博士后合作研究。2006年聘为四川大学法经济学专业民商制度方向博士生导师。2008年至2009年在法国巴黎政治学院被聘终身合作教授。
1983年起讲授民法、外国民商法、比较民商法、房地产法、人身权法、婚姻法等。1986年始做兼职律师，担任多家银行和多家内外资房地产企业常年法律顾问，兼川大比较法中心主任、中国民族法律文化学会副会长、全法中国法律与经济学会顾问、四川省民法经济法学会常务理事等。西南政法大学兼职教授。
1992年获国家教委优秀青年教师称号；1994年获做出突出贡献的中国硕士奖，1995年获全国首届杰出青年法学家提名奖;2002年获挑战杯特等奖优秀导师奖；2004年获四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家称号等工作奖励。
二、学术成果
1982年后在《法学研究》、《中国法学》、《中国改革》、《社会科学研究》和法国《孟德斯鸠大学学报》、《欧洲法律评论》等国内外报刊发表了：《试论用法律手段抑制贫富悬殊》、《当代中国民法学反思》、《民法平民化与法定公证》、《论宅基地制度的改与不改》《革新房屋买卖标的风险转移制度与理论》、《中国当代就业状况与劳动法研究》（法语）、《论民事权利的剥夺》、《中国与失业作斗争》（法语）、《中国农民工的法律地位》（法语）、《过错解除劳动合同与竞业限制》、《论马克思的婚姻法学思想》、《现行婚姻法的不足与民法典立法对策》、《震毁房屋处置若干难题探究》等学术论文100多篇；其中《法学研究》4篇、《中国法学》3篇，外语学术论文7篇。
1985年后在法律出版社、人民法院出版社等出版：中国之路与中国民法典、市场经济与公证立法、比较民商法学、家庭未来及其对策研究、人类学初探、中国人口法律制度研究等专著10多本，合著20余本，译《法国民法学》，合译《美国婚姻与婚姻法》等，主编、参编《新视野丛书》、《新婚姻法专家指导丛书》等丛书。1987年参编国家教委统编教材《比较家庭法》，负责总论部分；1997年参编国家教委统编教材《婚姻家庭继承法》，负责其中4章。
1988年以后独自承担或负责：国家社会科学基金项目《正确处理“小产权房”与农村地制创新》、国家社会科学基金八五项目《少数民族人口与计划生育政策研究》、国家教委重点项目《中国人口法律制度研究》、司法部重点项目《民商事法律秩序维护与法定公证》、中欧高教项目《劳动力自由流动制度比较研究》和《人力市场化机制研究》、中加合作项目《财产立法与法律实证》、四川省社科规划项目《市场经济与公证依法行政》、四川省学术带头人项目《房地产立法与社会安定》等多项国家和省部科研项目。

Ⅰ.Profile
After Graduating from high school in 1975, he served as village accountants. In 1977, he worked in Public Security Department in Tibet. In 1981, he has graduated from SWUPL and became a LLM in 1984. In1990, he studied in Paris University, and became a Civil and Commercial Law master tutor in 1992, a professor in Sichuan University in 1998. In 1999, he worked in Montesquieu University in France. He obtained the Doctor Degree in Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Jun.2003. He has been exchanged to Nagasaki University in Fukuoka in Japan in Mar.2003; he enjoyed the special government allowances from 2004; 2003 to 2007 in France,he worked with the education department of the embassy office, and do the cooperative research for post-doctoral subject in Montesquieu. He was appointed the doctoral tutor in civil and commercial systems in Sichuan University Law and Economics School. From 2008 to 2009, he has been appointed professor of lifelong co-operation in Political Science in Paris, France.
He has taught civil law since 1983, foreign civil and commercial law, comparative civil and commercial Law, real estate law, personal rights law, marriage and so on.He began to be a part-time lawyer in 1986, as a counsel in a number of banks and foreign-funded real estate enterprises, and a director in comparative law center in Sichuan University, a councel in the Society of Economic Law and so on. He is also a part-time professor at SWUPL.
He has won several awards in the past, such as Outstanding Young Teacher in 1992, Master Award for outstanding contributions to China in 1994, nominated the first national Award for Outstanding Young Jurists in 1995, Challenge Grand Prize Award for outstanding teacher in 2002, outstanding contributions of outstanding experts in Sichuan Province in 2004.

何景熙，教授，硕士，人口学专业硕士研究生导师。
曾就读于重庆师范学院外语专业，后在云南大学攻读国际问题研究硕士学位，1986—1988年在美国犹他大学作访问学者，修读社会学、人口学课程。1982年分配入四川大学法学院人口研究所教授社会学、人力资本理论、社会调查的理论与方法等课程，以人力资源开发研究与民族人口研究为主要研究方向，1996年晋升为教授。曾在《中国社会科学》、《民族研究》、《管理世界》等刊物上发表论文70篇，著有《西方社会学说史纲》等著作6部。承担国家社科基金、美国福特基金、教育部人文社科“十五”规划研究项目。
现为四川省人口学会副会长、常务理事,四川省社会学会常务理事、人口研究所所长。
He Jingxi

He used to study at foreign language professional in Chongqing Normal University, and pursued international studies in Yunnan University. He studied sociology, demography in Utah University in US as a visiting scholar from 1986 to 1988. In 1982, he was appointed to Sichuan University to teach sociology, human capital theory, while, social survey theory and methods, research and development of human resources and national population studies as the main research direction. He was promoted to professor in 1996. He has pubished 70 papers on China Social Science, Ethnic Studies, Management of the world and other pulications. 一、工作学习简历
197, , 4年高中毕业下乡当知青。历任县团委常委、公社党委副书记。
1977年恢复高考首批考入四川大学历史系。毕业留校从事高校管理工作。历任历史系学生党团支部书记、四川大学校团委教职工分团委书。1990年任法律系系办主任和行政副系主任、法学院院办主任。1994年-1997年在职刑法硕士。
1998年重点三高校强强合并，主动申请转行从事劳动法教学工作。现任法学院专职教师，2007年评为教授。
1999年5月，应成都军区推荐，参加中央党校函授教学全国刑法师资培训班。

教授，博士，博士后，硕士研究生导师。
主要从事环境经济，聚落生态和人口、环境与可持续发展研究。
讲授“可持续发展理论与进展”，“人口、资源、环境”，“资源与环境经济”，“专业英语”等课程。
一、个人经历
1983.9-1987.7 先后就读于重庆大学，达县师专，四川外语学院，获文学学士学位。1991.9-1994.7 四川大学人口研究所，获法学硕士学位（人口学专业，人口地理研究方向）。2000.2-2003.12 中国科学院研究生院（成都山地灾害与环境研究所），获理学博士学位（自然地理学专业，山地环境研究方向）。
2005.12-2006.12 获中英优秀青年学者奖学金赴英国剑桥大学土地经济系做博士后研究（从事环境经济与聚落生态研究），同时为英国剑桥大学Wolfson 学院Visiting Fellow 。
先后在达县高等师范专科学校、四川大学任助教、讲师、副教授、教授。
1995.3-1996.12 担任“兴都库什—喜马拉雅地区山地危险工程中国培训项目”（欧共体资助，国际山地中心委托中科院成都山地灾害与环境研究所承办）项目监督，助理培训专家。
1995.4-1998.12 担任“农村分权发展规划培训项目”（意大利皮埃蒙特大区政府资助，联合国粮农组织和四川省国土局承办）教员及翻译。
1997.5-1997.6 意大利联合国粮农组织，“农村分权发展规划”培训，获证书。2005.1-2005.12 担任世界银行“四川城市发展项目”咨询专家。现为四川大学环境与区域发展研究所所长，四川省国土经济学研究会理事。
