Aug.1995, resign from the administrative duties and set up a law firm, director of the law firm.

2002, be transferred SWUPL, professor in Law School, Doctoral tutor

Ⅱ.Academic Achievements

In the recent 10 years, Pro. Gu has published books independently or co-published, such as Law and Economics Exploration, Social Conflict and Litigation mechanism, Civil Law, he also has translated more than 10 books, more than 80 essays published on magazines and journals ,like, China Social Science, Legal Studies, China Law, Economic Studies, Guangming Dailly and so on. He has won provincial and ministerial level academic awards 6 times, been named as a outstanding master for great contributions in China. In 1992, he enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council, and be named as “National Ten Outstanding Young Jurists”. In 1995, be listed as candidate of “Millions of Talents Project” by the Eight Ministries and Commissions. In 1999, he has been taken as the National outstanding lawyer and be elected as “China Law Famous” in 2005.
